The location was great (close to everything I wanted to see). It was an actual block from Times Square. The subway and shops were right outside the hotel. Makayla on staff was really good. She helped me resolve a situation that could have ruined my trip.

I was on a high floor and at one point, I waited thirty minutes to get to the lobby.

The hotel is not in the center of Times Square, but it is just a block or two away (easy walking distance!). It's at the center of several subway lines. This made it very convenient for getting around.
